Carlie C’s IGA supports many community based fundraisers. In an effort to streamline the many requests we receive, we ask that you follow the guidelines below.
- Request for donations or solicitations must be made on letterhead and can be faxed to 9108925497, or emailed to email@example.com. Do not email to firstname.lastname@example.org, this will delay the process. Requests need to include
- Name of the organization
- Description of Fund Raiser (Who is having it, who it benefits and how)
- Federal Tax ID number
- Date of the fundraiser
- Specific type and quantity of donation requested 6. Contact person with name, telephone number and email address
- Requests should be made at least 30 days in advance in order to be considered.
Someone from Carlie C’s IGA will email or call you regarding the approval of your request.
- You can only set up 15 ft from the entrance and exit to the store.
- Please have a sign available to identify your organization and to where and to whom the donations will benefit.
- You can only solicit those patrons that either approaches your area or either makes eye contact with the solicitors.
- If we receive any complaints from our patrons or associates concerning your solicitation, we will not allow future solicitations for a period of 2 years.
- All solicitation must be approved beforehand and must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance.
